Judy
McKinney, Vice President Of Customer Success

Prior to joining MSI in 1996,
Judy spent 26 years in a variety of hotel positions from F&B Server to
Regional VP of Operations for Prime Hotels, Servico and Howard Johnson. In
her role as Vice President of Customer Success, she is committed
to assisting MSI’s customers to be successful and profitable. She is both
a Certified Hotel Administrator and a Certified Help Desk Professional.
Judy is married to Kevin McKinney and is the proud grandmother of two.
Judy’s hobbies include cooking, reading and spending time with her family.

Dan
Topolski, Support/Saleslogix Application Administrator

Dan joined MSI in 1998
and has held numerous positions including: Customer Assistance Center
Technician, Supervisor and Manager. In his current role as Application
Administer, Dan is responsible for overseeing all technical and training
needs related to SupportLogix – the tool utilized by MSI associates to
track pertinent existing customer information. He also provides assistance
to members of Sales and Account Management with their use of SalesLogix
which integrates to the SupportLogix software.
Prior to MSI, Dan worked extensively in the retail information technology
industry with a strong focus on hotel gift shop software and inventory
control. Dan resides in Chandler and has three children and two
grandchildren. He enjoys golfing, baseball, and playing the guitar.

Troy
Wells, Manager of Quality Improvement

Troy brings over 15
years of Call Center and Customer Service experience to MSI, primarily
from Fortune 500 companies in the Telecommunications, Technology, and
Health Care Industries. He attended the University of Cincinnati and Ohio
State and has held management positions for over 10 years. Troy also
assisted with the launch of Cox High Speed Internet throughout the US.
Troy grew up in London, Ohio and enjoys art, antiques and traveling.

Matt
Sheehan, Select Hotels Group-USFSI
Brand Manager

With more than eight years of
Hospitality industry experience, Matt leads the Select Hotels Group-USFSI
Customer Assistance Team in the development, implementation, and
application of successful customer support. Matt is always striving to
exceed the customer’s expectation.
Prior to joining MSI in 2007, Matt worked for Heartland Hospitality where
he held a range of hotel positions—from Guest Service Representative to
General Manager. Matt has extensive experience in customer service, sales,
operations, and multi-property management.
Matt was raised in rural Nebraska. He is a graduate of the University of
Nebraska in Kearney, NE, where he earned his Bachelors of Science Degree
in Business Administration.

Glenn
McDermott, Nova Plus
Brand Manager

Glenn comes to MSI with
eleven years of hotel and resort experience. He has held various
leadership positions including Guest Services, Controller and Assistant
General Manager. Most recently, Glenn was employed at the beautiful Gold
Canyon Golf Resort in Arizona.
He and his wife Heather are both Arizona natives. They live in Mesa with
their three daughters, Megan, Delaney, and Marley. They enjoy riding bikes
and being outdoors together as a family. Glenn speaks fluent French,
having lived in France for two years in service for his church. He likes
to spend his free time reading and listening to music.
Glenn’s strong background in guest relations and team management will
guide him as he leads the Nova Plus team to success.

Nori
Nathanson, Independent
Brand Manager

Nori joined MSI in 2006 with
over 25 years in the hospitality industry where she held numerous
positions including Revenue Manager, Front Office Manager, Assistant
General Manager and General Manager. Nori’s hotel experience is vast
including employment with Sheraton, Doubletree, Rodeway Inn and most
recently, six years with Intercontinental Hotel Group.
Nori grew up in Madison, Wisconsin where she received her Bachelor of Arts
degree from the University of Wisconsin. Nori resides in Chandler and
enjoys spending time with her three children, hiking, and watching
sports.
Nori’s multi-brand experience, excellent customer service skills and
attention to detail make her the perfect candidate to lead our Independent
Brand Team.

Jim
Mowbray, Wyndham
& Best Western Brand Manager

Jim joined the MSI team in
October 2007 with over 22 years of hospitality industry experience. Jim is
responsible for managing the support teams for both Best Western and
Wyndham hotels which utilize WinPM for their property management system.
His experience includes 14 years with La Quinta Inns where he held many
positions at the operations level—including general manager. In 1998, he
joined Pegasus Solutions, and held several positions including training
and implementations specialist, manager of training resources and
planning, and training manager.
Jim attended ASU where he studied history. He lives in Gilbert, Arizona
with his wife, Judy, and son, Justin. Jim’s son, James, resides in
Carthage Missouri with his wife, Sara. His interests include sports,
motorcycle riding, and photography.
