Rick Munson, CEO

Rick Munson is CEO of Multi-Systems, Inc.,  (MSI). In 1990, Rick negotiated the purchase of the assets and software products of International Property Control Systems, Inc. (IPCS) from HFS Incorporated—now Cendant Corporation—to found MSI. Since then, he has built the company into an industry leader, with more than $18 million in sales revenue in 2001. With well over 2,900 installations across North America, MSI employs more than 200 people at its headquarters in Phoenix, AZ, and boasts a list of management companies and clients that includes Bass Hotels & Resorts, Lodgian, Cendant, Prime Hospitality, Holiday Inn, Hawthorn, AmeriSuites, Best Western, Kelly’s Inn, Wingate, Ramada, Howard Johnson, Wellesley Inns, Days Inn, Super 8, and more.

Prior to founding MSI, Rick served as Vice President, Sales & Marketing, at IPCS. In that role, he participated in the development, implementation, and sales and marketing of a new generation of central reservation and property management systems. As the company’s primary development officer, Rick more than doubled the size of IPCS’s customer base, and increased revenues by more than 100% in less than three years.

Before joining IPCS, Rick held positions in sales, marketing, and operations in the hotel industry, including six years as Director of Catering and Convention Services at the Hyatt Regency, Phoenix.

As a graduate of the University of Wyoming, he received a degree in business administration with honors as a distinguished military graduate. He served as First Lieutenant in the highly select Third Armored Cavalry Regiment, Fort Bliss, Texas.

Rick is active in numerous civic and charitable causes in the Phoenix area, and is a frequent speaker and commentator on technology in the hotel industry. He lives in Scottsdale with his wife Joni and their three sons: Troy, Cody, and Luke.

Tim Tiller, MSW, President

Tim Tiller is President at Multi-Systems, Inc, (MSI). In this role, he directs overall and on-going customer satisfaction at each of MSI’s more than 2,900 installation locations throughout the United States and Canada, and is responsible for day-to-day management of the more than 200 employees at MSI’s corporate headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona.

At MSI, customer support is a 24 hour-a-day obsession where exceeding the customer’s expectations is the main focus. Leading the teams of Product Management, Quality Assurance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Account Management, Information Technology, and Training, Tim ensures that each team member has the tools and resources required to continually provide world-class customer service.

As President, Tim also has responsibility for maintaining and overseeing corporate relationships with many of MSI’s major business partners. It is a role in which he is fortunate to draw on MSI’s unique corporate culture of sharing information, finding “win-win” solutions, and providing end-to-end client support—a culture unique in the software technology industry.

Tim has deep experience in the service industry, as well as at MSI. During his MSI tenure, he has successfully filled the positions of Training and Installation Specialist, Corporate Account Manager, Director of Account Management, and VP of Customer Success. Each of these positions provided valuable knowledge that directs Tim’s abilities to lead, and continually evolve, the company’s operations and customer service initiatives.

Tim earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the College of the Ozarks, Point Lookout, Missouri. In addition, he completed his Masters Degree in Social Work at Arizona State University in August of 2004, and looks forward to pursuing his Doctoral degree in Business Administration. Tim was born and raised in St. Charles Missouri, and currently resides in Phoenix, AZ with his wife Dawn, and their their children: Ryan, Jordan, and Nicholas.

Tim is involved in a variety of civic and community activities, and leads MSI’s partnership and participation with the Ronald McDonald House Charities. He also serves on the Board of Directors who oversees Central Arizona Shelter Services also known as CASS, whose mission is to empower men, women, and children to end their homelessness by providing shelter and supportive services.

A life-long learner at heart, Tim enjoys gaining knowledge and finds creative ways to share it with those close to him. In his spare time, Tim enjoys being outdoors; partaking in all the adventures and activities that Arizona has to offer. He especially enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and reading.

David Kantrud, Senior Vice President Of Development

David Kantrud is the Senior Vice President of Development at Multi-Systems, Inc.  (MSI). Since joining MSI in 2004, he has worked as a senior developer and manager of application development, and he is the current architect of the EnterprisePM product. David’s current responsibilities include leading the development, IT, and the product distribution departments, and assisting with the overall software strategy of the company. David's strong core business sense, and his dedication to mentoring those around him, have contributed to the ongoing success of the development department.

Prior to joining MSI, David was a software engineer and technical lead at Pegasus Solutions for three years, working on of a variety of hospitality products including Netbooker, WinAI, and PegsCentral. Before Pegasus Solutions, he worked as a programmer for Barrett-Jackson Classic Car Auctions and the State of Arizona.
David graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Computer Information Systems. He stays current with new technologies, and holds an array of technical certifications including the Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, and Microsoft Certified Application Developer.

David resides in Gilbert with his wife, Rochelle, and his two children: Connor and Cassie. He enjoys spending time with his family, bicycling, and following professional basketball. David is also an accomplished skydiver with a master parachutist license and a national collegiate skydiving championship in formation skydiving to his credit.

Judy McKinney, Vice President Of Customer Success

Prior to joining MSI in 1996, Judy spent 26 years in a variety of hotel positions from F&B Server to Regional VP of Operations for Prime Hotels, Servico, and Howard Johnson. In her role as Vice President of Customer Success, she is committed to assisting MSI’s customers to be successful and profitable. She is both a Certified Hotel Administrator and a Certified Help Desk Professional.

Judy is married to Kevin McKinney, and is the proud grandmother of two. Judy’s hobbies include cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.

Andrew Sanders, Vice President Of Sales

Andrew Sanders is Vice President of Sales at Multi-Systems, Inc., (MSI) and has responsibility for the company’s new business activities in both the corporate/chain and independent hotel sectors. As part of the Executive team at MSI Andrew works closely with MSI’s marketing communications function, software development, account management teams and his regionally-based sales team.

Prior to joining MSI, Andrew served in various senior management and executive roles at MICROS, RedSky IT, Ramesys, Innsite Hotel Services and McDonnell Douglas. He started his career as a software developer on a hotel central reservations software product used extensively in his native UK as well as the Americas, continental Europe and South Africa.

Andrew graduated in Computer Science from the University of Plymouth, UK.

Andrew relocated to New Jersey in July 2000 where he currently resides and enjoys traveling and supporting his beloved New York Rangers.

Bill Wolfe, Director of Operations

Bill Wolfe is the Director of Operations. In his current role, he is responsible for directing and overseeing MSI's operational policies, objectives, and initiatives while providing support and analytical services to the rest of the senior management team. Bill joined MSI in 2004, and has gained valuable experience in all areas of MSI's operations as a Product Manager, an Account Manager, as well as Directing the Product Management group. Bill has contributed to MSI's success by his participation in a number of projects including the launch of the Ronald McDonald house version of Enterprise PM, CISP related projects, and as liaison to Select Hotel Group.

Prior to joining MSI, Bill held many positions in the hotel industry for over 14 years, including General Manager, District Manager of Operations, and Regional Revenue Manager with La Quinta Inns, Prime Hospitality, and Remington Hotels.

Bill holds a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University. An Arizona native, Bill currently resides in Scottsdale and enjoys hiking, being outdoors, and traveling. If Bill's not in the office, chances are he's on the beach.

Keith Cook, Director of Product Management

Keith joined MSI in 2008 as the Director of Product Management. In this role Keith will be leading our Product Management Team to add integration and polish to the MSI product line. Keith's extensive experience in property management systems and central reservations are valuable to MSI in taking our products to the next level. He is well known in the industry for his ten year contribution as part of Pegasus Solutions, as well as for his business analyst and QA roles for Encore. Keith is a graduate of Milsap College and owns two Scottish Terriers.

Heath Huddleston, Corporate Controller

Heath joined MSI in December 2006 as Corporate Controller. In his current position, he is responsible for the daily operations of the Accounting Team. Heath’s work experience prior to coming to MSI boasts four years with Hyatt Hotel’s, serving in the capacity of Assistant Controller at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco, CA.

Heath was born and raised in Earlington, KY. In 2001, he graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. When Heath is not at work, he enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, spending time with friends, and watching Kentucky Wildcat basketball and football.

Laura Kirby-Meck, Chief Marketing Officer

Laura Kirby-Meck is the Chief Marketing Officer for MSI (Multi-Systems, Inc.). Laura’s responsibilities include strategic planning, international growth, and driving MSI’s marketing and branding activities for all software, solutions, and services.

Thought leadership, relationship management, trust and honesty are the cornerstones of Laura’s business relationships and guiding principles for her career. For the last twenty years she has been committed to leading others through example, mentoring, coaching, and encouraging others on the team. Through her passion and commitment she has been able to build strong, long-term relationships with clients, peers and subordinates.

Prior to joining the MSI team, Laura was Vice President of Hospitality Sales, Government Solutions and Healthcare within the hospitality industry. She spent time through out her career on all sides of the industry fence, including Sales, Marketing & Operations. As a former hotelier and business owner herself, Laura can relate to the challenges in our industry and work with our leadership to provide solutions. She has a proven record of increasing customer satisfaction and partner relationships through listening and really hearing your needs. Laura has a hand’s on approach, positive attitude, highly effective organizational skills and demonstrated team leadership.

Laura will continue to reside in Maryland with her husband and children. In her spare time she enjoys traveling with her family, teaching / coaching / mentoring, cooking and entertaining. Laura taught 8th grade English in the Chesapeake Virginia school system and vows to be a life-long student of human nature. She attended Arizona State University and finished her studies at Old Dominion University. She continues to take “classes for fun” through on-line programs in the areas of marketing, business administration, sociology and psychology. Laura is active in community and professional associations including Women in Technology, Women in Food Service Forum, Women in Lodging, Baltimore Emerging Technology, AH & LA.
