Rick Munson is CEO of Multi-Systems, Inc., (MSI). In 1990, Rick negotiated the
purchase of the assets and software products of International Property
Control Systems, Inc. (IPCS) from HFS Incorporated—now Cendant
Corporation—to found MSI. Since then, he has built the company into an
industry leader, with more than $18 million in sales revenue in 2001. With
well over 2,900 installations across North America, MSI employs more than
200 people at its headquarters in Phoenix, AZ, and boasts a list of management
companies and clients that includes Bass Hotels & Resorts, Lodgian,
Cendant, Prime Hospitality, Holiday Inn, Hawthorn, AmeriSuites, Best
Western, Kelly’s Inn, Wingate, Ramada, Howard Johnson, Wellesley Inns,
Days Inn, Super 8, and more.
Tim Tiller is President at Multi-Systems, Inc, (MSI). In this role, he
directs overall and on-going customer satisfaction at each of MSI’s more
than 2,900 installation locations throughout the United States and Canada,
and is responsible for day-to-day management of the more than 200
employees at MSI’s corporate headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona.
David Kantrud is the Senior Vice President of Development at Multi-Systems, Inc. (MSI). Since joining MSI in 2004, he has worked as a senior developer and manager of application development, and he is the current architect of the EnterprisePM product. David’s current responsibilities include leading the development, IT, and the product distribution departments, and assisting with the overall software strategy of the company. David's strong core business sense, and his dedication to mentoring those around him, have contributed to the ongoing success of the development department.
Prior to joining MSI,
David was a software engineer and technical lead at Pegasus Solutions
for three years, working on of a variety of hospitality products
including Netbooker, WinAI, and PegsCentral. Before Pegasus Solutions,
he worked as a programmer for Barrett-Jackson Classic Car Auctions and
the State of Arizona. David resides in Gilbert with his wife, Rochelle, and his two children: Connor and Cassie. He enjoys spending time with his family, bicycling, and following professional basketball. David is also an accomplished skydiver with a master parachutist license and a national collegiate skydiving championship in formation skydiving to his credit.
Prior to joining MSI in 1996,
Judy spent 26 years in a variety of hotel positions from F&B Server to
Regional VP of Operations for Prime Hotels, Servico, and Howard Johnson. In
her role as Vice President of Customer Success, she is committed to
assisting MSI’s customers to be successful and profitable. She is both a
Certified Hotel Administrator and a Certified Help Desk Professional.
Andrew Sanders is Vice
President of Sales at Multi-Systems, Inc., (MSI) and has responsibility
for the company’s new business activities in both the corporate/chain and
independent hotel sectors. As part of the Executive team at MSI Andrew
works closely with MSI’s marketing communications function, software
development, account management teams and his regionally-based sales team.
Bill Wolfe is the
Director of Operations. In his current role, he is responsible for
directing and overseeing MSI's operational policies, objectives, and
initiatives while providing support and analytical services to the rest
of the senior management team. Bill joined MSI in 2004, and has gained
valuable experience in all areas of MSI's operations as a Product
Manager, an Account Manager, as well as Directing the Product Management
group. Bill has contributed to MSI's success by his participation in a
number of projects including the launch of the Ronald McDonald house
version of Enterprise PM, CISP related projects, and as liaison to
Select Hotel Group.
Keith joined MSI in 2008 as the Director of Product Management. In this role Keith will be leading our Product Management Team to add integration and polish to the MSI product line. Keith's extensive experience in property management systems and central reservations are valuable to MSI in taking our products to the next level. He is well known in the industry for his ten year contribution as part of Pegasus Solutions, as well as for his business analyst and QA roles for Encore. Keith is a graduate of Milsap College and owns two Scottish Terriers.
Heath joined MSI in
December 2006 as Corporate Controller. In his current position, he is
responsible for the daily operations of the Accounting Team. Heath’s
work experience prior to coming to MSI boasts four years with Hyatt
Hotel’s, serving in the capacity of Assistant Controller at the Hyatt
Regency San Francisco, CA.
Laura Kirby-Meck, Chief Marketing Officer Laura Kirby-Meck is the Chief Marketing Officer for MSI (Multi-Systems, Inc.). Laura’s responsibilities include strategic planning, international growth, and driving MSI’s marketing and branding activities for all software, solutions, and services. Thought leadership, relationship management, trust and honesty are the cornerstones of Laura’s business relationships and guiding principles for her career. For the last twenty years she has been committed to leading others through example, mentoring, coaching, and encouraging others on the team. Through her passion and commitment she has been able to build strong, long-term relationships with clients, peers and subordinates. Prior to joining the MSI team, Laura was Vice President of Hospitality Sales, Government Solutions and Healthcare within the hospitality industry. She spent time through out her career on all sides of the industry fence, including Sales, Marketing & Operations. As a former hotelier and business owner herself, Laura can relate to the challenges in our industry and work with our leadership to provide solutions. She has a proven record of increasing customer satisfaction and partner relationships through listening and really hearing your needs. Laura has a hand’s on approach, positive attitude, highly effective organizational skills and demonstrated team leadership. Laura will continue to reside in Maryland with her husband and children. In her spare time she enjoys traveling with her family, teaching / coaching / mentoring, cooking and entertaining. Laura taught 8th grade English in the Chesapeake Virginia school system and vows to be a life-long student of human nature. She attended Arizona State University and finished her studies at Old Dominion University. She continues to take “classes for fun” through on-line programs in the areas of marketing, business administration, sociology and psychology. Laura is active in community and professional associations including Women in Technology, Women in Food Service Forum, Women in Lodging, Baltimore Emerging Technology, AH & LA.
