Giving Back to the Community
MSI is committed to giving back to the community, and does
so in a variety of ways—including sponsorships and volunteer events at
the Ronald McDonald House in Phoenix and Executive involvement on
charitable boards such as the Central Arizona Shelter Services (CASS’
mission is to empower men, women, and children to end their homelessness
by providing shelter and supportive services).
For 2008, MSI has also pledged to build upon on our relationship with
the Ronald McDonald house by adopting a guest room in the soon-to-open
campus at Phoenix Children's Hospital. MSI’s Humanities Committee will
raise funds to purchase items to decorate and furnish MSI's room. The
MSI team will also determine the room’s design and décor, select and
assemble furnishings, and prepare the room to welcome its first guests.
Additionally, MSI employees will continue to come together once a month
to prepare and serve meals to those staying at the Ronald McDonald
house.
